The construction of the elderly care home will be built in two phases. In the first phase, the entire building frame of the entire elderly care home and the interior work of the first and second blocks will be built. The internal work of the third block is planned to construct in phase II after the first and second blocks have started, unless otherwise will be agreed upon during the construction work. \u00a0The planned date of completion of the phase I is July 2024. \u00a0The total value of the contract of phase I is approximately 5.3 million euros, plus VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 106%; margin: 0cm 0cm 8.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">Earlier, on <a href=\"https:\/\/connect-eu.notified.com\/Tracker?data=Pqkr52vv608bd4pSXj1gTmk-w8noALx2gGmkJ1XE548-SJ_Td78oFsATi81LMkUbL1plkV0OQ3lGUasx6B70GN8Xc-AbUF-tHaqADOLE1baP7cw_8px3o9nVBCyqqe0OCMzP3J-nlaNnFKBL7txTHZd0_w-uZpZe_skOP_w8LswFBbMGD_VEm4eLiBqmm69m000275439740\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0563c1;\">29.04.2022<\/span><\/a>, the fund announced to the stock exchange the acquisition of building rights and the conclusion of a lease agreement, on the basis of which the elderly care home will be leased by Tartu S\u00fcdamekodu O\u00dc, a subsidiary of S\u00fcdamekodud AS, for a long term (10 + 10 years after the completion of the\u00a0 elderly care home under construction).
